It also discusses the results of a study conducted, and makes recommendations for the implementation of shared services. - Discuss suggestions for shared services with a consultant.
|
- Discuss plans and proposals with someone to obtain an alternative perspective.

- Examine and brainstorm potential alternative strategies and options for providing needed services.
|
- Run your interlocal services ideas by an objective outside party.
|
- Review your SHARE application with advisor who can suggest enhancements or alternatives for its content or form.

- This advisory service is for a basic one hour consultancy and for site visits of one-half day when determined appropriate by the League and the consultant.
